Westport MA real estate sales remains stable. In September there were 11 homes sold in Westport compared to August when 13 homes Sold in Westport.
SOLD HOMES: The lowest priced house in Westport in the month of September sold for $149,000 which was a Ranch on Pleasant St. In July the lowest priced home sold for $196,000.
The Highest priced home in Westport in the month of September sold for $826,000 which was a Circa 1800 Cape at Westport Point Waterfront. Compared to August sold for $800,000, it was the Historic Stone House at the Head of Westport - Built by Capt Howland in 1793. One Sale was a Foreclosure home on Tripp Dr. There was one Condos Sold in September for $282,000 at Village Way off of Main Rd across from Lee's Market.
