Happy Father's Day!

Today should be a good day for us to give thanks. Not only for all the fathers in the world, but also for those who are no longer a part of this world. In either case, they will always hold a place in our hearts which cannot be replaced.

Father's day is everyday. Everyday is a chance to make an impact and change your children's life, their vision, to help them have a dream, a goal; everyday is a day to be goofy and to be strong, to be the teacher and the student, to be the protector lion and the soft partner next to his mate; everyday is a day to create and engrave a special memory in your children's heart and mind; everyday is a day to teach by example; everyday is a day to show them that obstacles comes but there are always ways to overcome them, everyday is a day to teach your little ones - and yes, they will always be your little ones, regardless of their age - the difference between what is right and what is wrong; everyday is a day to let your children know how much you love, respect and admire the person they are becoming. Father's day is not just one Sunday a year, but today is just that little 'extra special'.

A saying I read this morning kind of says it all. “Anyone can be a Father, but only special ones can be called Daddy.” Happy Father’s Day to my friends out there even the ones who hold both titles. God bless you all. Enjoy the day!
