Fall is near....it is time
to sell before the Holidays!
Westport MA real estate have increased 75% in August compared to July. We had 14 homes sold
in Westport compared to July when 8 homes were Sold in Westport.
SOLD HOMES: The lowest priced house in Westport in the month of June
sold for $200,000 which was a Ranch on Meadow Rd. In July the lowest priced
home in Westport sold for $135,000.
The Highest priced home in Westport in the month of August sold for $925,000 and it was a Colonial
that needed total rehab on Drift Road. Compared to July when the highest price
was a Cottage on Drift Road and it sold for $760,000. There were no Condos nor Multi Families homes sold in Westport in the
month of June.
UNDER AGREEEMNT: There were 17 units Under Agreement/Contingent
with prices varying from $129,900 to $1,175,000.
ACTIVE LISTINGS: There are currently 124 Active listing in
Westport (based on MLSPIN MA) with prices varying from $129,900 on Charlotte
White up to $3,500,000 on Drift Rd, compared to 124 listings in the prior month
we have remained stable since July. Five units are condominiums with prices
varying from $129,900 to $369,000, and 6 are multi families with prices
from $359,000 up to $529,900. There are currently two Short Sales in Westport
at with prices of $129,900 and $245,000
and they are both Under agreement. There are no foreclosure properties in
Westport in July.
