Westport MA real estate remains stable. In April there were 7 homes
sold in Westport compared to March when 8 homes were Sold in Westport.
SOLD HOMES: The lowest priced house in Westport in
the month of April sold for $240,000 which was a Cape on Old Horseneck Rd. In March
the lowest priced home in Westport sold for $135,000.
The Highest priced home in Westport in the month of April sold for $400,000 and it was a
Colonial on Tickle Rd. Compared to March when the highest price was a Cape and sold for $399,500. There was one Condo sold in April for
$290,000, no Multi Families homes were sold in April in Westport.
UNDER AGREEEMNT: There were 20 single family homes Under
Agreement with prices varying from $119,000 to $1,195MM as of April 30st.
ACTIVE LISTINGS: There are currently 81 Active listing in
