the month of January sold for $170,000 which was a Cape on Greenwood St. In December
the lowest priced home sold for $181,000.The Highest priced home in Westport in the month of January sold for $955,000 which was a Colonial on Riverview Rd. Compared to December the highest price was a Ranch on Main Rd, sold for $355,000. There were no Condos, Foreclosures, Short Sales nor Multi Families homes sold in December.
