Westport Ma real estatesales remain strong. In May there were 14 homes sold in Westport compared to in April there were 10 homes in Westport sold.
SOLD HOMES: The lowest priced house in Westport in the month of May sold for $51,000. It was a bank owned foreclosure home. In April the lowest priced home sold for $80,000 and it was a estate sale in need of new septic and complete rehab.
The Highest priced home that sold was 'Captain Isaac Cory, merchant, c. 1778'an Antique home located at the Point for $915,000. Compared to April the highest priced home sold for $2,950,000 located off of Horseneck Rd.UNDER AGREEEMNT: There were 13 single family homes Under Agreement with prices varying from $99,900 (Foreclosure) to $2,500,000 (Waterfront) and one 2 family home listed at $249,000
ACTIVE LISTINGS: There are currently 119 Active listing in Westport with prices varying from $60,000 which is a bank owned foreclosure up to $12,900,000 at Brayton's Point. Three units are condominiums with prices between $245,900 and $295,000 and 6 are multi families with prices from $349,000 up to $779,000.
